A shared vision. A life alongside them.
Before Exotic Bulldogs Honduras, Jean's first connection with bulldogs began in childhood. A distinctive breed that sparked an interest that stayed with him for years.
In 2021 we began to discover the French Bulldog from a different perspective. We were fascinated by its genetics, its bloodlines and the enormous diversity within the breed. The more we learned, the more we wanted to understand what was behind each dog: its ancestry, its DNA and the traits it could pass on.
Along the way we also identified something we wanted to do differently. Central America lacked a program specialized in exotic French Bulldogs where appearance was backed by verifiable information: registration, pedigree, DNA tests and purposeful genetic selection.
From that vision, Exotic Bulldogs Honduras® was born. Jean and Lizzy began building a program focused not only on what each dog shows, but also on what lies behind it: documented genetics, ancestry and carefully studied breeding lines.
Today we continue developing that vision, incorporating lines from the United Kingdom, the United States, Serbia and Japan, and bringing to Central America traits and genetics that until a few years ago were hard to find in the region.

Encounters
Encounters born of curiosity
On our walks, their features catch the attention of people from many places. Every encounter is a chance to share the breed and what we do.
Sometimes those conversations also lead to new friendships, exchanges of ideas and opportunities to collaborate that go beyond breeding.
